Jai Mahesh Vehicle Bank is the premier multi state society run by Jai Mahesh Group of Industries.
Started with the primary objective of financing the purchase of used commercial and personal vehicles, the society, has today grown into one of the most trusted financial services groups in Maharashtra. Since our inception in 2016, Jai Mahesh Vehicle Bank primary objective is financing the purchase of used commercial and personal vehicles.
Headquartered in Pune, Jai Mahesh Multi State Vehicle Finance Limited is incorporated under Multi State Cooperative Society with Registrar of Multi State Co-Operative Societies Act 2002, certificate registration no. MSCS/CR/1264/2016 dated September 2, 2016.
We see ourselves as partners in our customers’ aspirations to own a vehicle. Due to the divided income ratio in India, not many are able to go with brand new vehicle. Hence, there is tremendous opportunity in used vehicle such as car, commercial, small goods vehicles and heavy goods vehicles. We started to fund this segment augmenting their ambitions with our expertise and received tremendous response for the same.
With the plethora of vehicle finance options, Jai Mahesh Vehicle Bank is always focused on fulfilling the motor vehicle requirements of lower income and middle-income groups of the society. We have significant presence in vehicle finance business offering commercial vehicle loans; multi brand used vehicle auto mall; insurance services; RTO services; driving school; auto care workshop; and e – retailing services to our esteemed clients.
From driver to owner, we are with the customer through their journey of prosperity. Today we are not only growing in pre-owned vehicle finance; we are also India’s first co-operative society which only works in vehicles management business.

Chairman
Mr. Shivparasad Bhutada
Mr Shivparasad Bhutada, is the founder and Chairman of Jai Mahesh Vehicle Bank has nearly two decades of experience in the automobile and finance sector. He heads Jai Mahesh Vehicle Bank which is the one stop solution to every aspect of the vehicle business sector.
Mr Shivprasad Bhutada holds an honors degree in Automobile Engineering from Aurangabad.
In the early 1999, he worked as an insurance agent concurrently with his automobile shop. This was closely followed till 2010, when he started his association with Shriram Transport Finance Co Ltd. During this tenure, he received various accolades Dubai International Award for Large Financer in Maharashtra 2014’ and ‘Top franchisee in 2017’.
Over these years, he developed keen desire for working in vehicle finance sector, consequently leading to the evolution of Jai Mahesh Multi State Vehicle Services Co – Op Society Ltd. He has been associated with the society since its inception as promoter. He monitors the overall working of the society and is instrumental in making strategic decisions.
Mr Shivprasad Bhutada is focused & progressive business acumen, well-known and highly reputed figure in the business community with strong social networking and ethical practices.

Mr. Kailas Sarda
Mr. Kailas Sarda, the CEO of the society, graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) degree and is an experienced Chartered Accountant. Mr. Sarda is the co-founder and heads Jai Mahesh Vehicle Bank. He is working towards expanding business areas, towards the goal of becoming a corporate group that makes a wide variety of contributions to society at large.
